i8 Ventures is a boutique consultancy focused on digital transformation leadership. We are hiring an HR Consultant & Manager for a diverse set of objectives within our company including working with our clients on HR functions within their companies, building relationships with companies in Israel and abroad as part of our internal start-up (Digital Mindset), and coordinating HR activities within i8.
As part of the role, you will get to work with some of the largest organizations in Israel, as well as getting hands-on HR experience in a growing company.

Role
- Be our go-to person for HR expertise in our consultancy
- Work with clients to achieve their HR goals as part of our broader digital transformation and management projects
- Maintain and grow our jobs board as part of our Digital Mindset project (see more at digitalrosh.com)
- Responsibility for search and hiring of employees within i8, using various recruitment methods
- Screening relevant candidates
- Interviewing candidates
- Responsibility for employee onboarding, contracts, and understanding relevant labor laws
- Lead employee wellbeing and employee experience activities
Requirements
- Native level hebrew and excellent english
- BA in psychology, behavioral sciences, human resources or relevant experience. Advanced degree – Advantage
- 4 + years in an HR role
- Agile start-up mentality
- Excellent google suite knowledge
- Experience in client facing roles – Advantage
