Administrative Assistant to the CEO

We are hiring! i8 Ventures, a boutique consultancy focused on digital transformation, is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to the CEO and the team. If you are highly organized and people-oriented – we invite you to join us.

Location: Tel Aviv (As well as work from home)

Employment Status: Part-time to Full

Hours: Flexible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle communication and coordination related to meetings, conferences, visits etc.
  • Arrange travel logistics, from flights to scheduling meetings in Israel and abroad
  • Build presentations, spreadsheets, and complete data entry tasks
  • General office management

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a PA
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew, verbal and written – A MUST
  • BA- Advantage
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Extensive software skills (Office Suite, Google Drive, WordPress, MailChimp, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Great interpersonal skills and effective communication
  • Be well-presented and maintain a sense of professionalism
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
