Location: Tel Aviv (As well as work from home)
Employment Status: Part-time to Full
Hours: Flexible
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle communication and coordination related to meetings, conferences, visits etc.
- Arrange travel logistics, from flights to scheduling meetings in Israel and abroad
- Build presentations, spreadsheets, and complete data entry tasks
- General office management
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a PA
- Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew, verbal and written – A MUST
- BA- Advantage
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Extensive software skills (Office Suite, Google Drive, WordPress, MailChimp, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
- Great interpersonal skills and effective communication
- Be well-presented and maintain a sense of professionalism
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
